ISM Ministers and Leaders Conference in Zagreb: A Gathering of Christian Leaders for Growth and Impact

Croatia is a nation where Roman Catholicism remains an important part of its Christian heritage, culture, and national identity, alongside vibrant Orthodox and Protestant communities. Within this diverse Christian landscape, opportunities for ministers and church leaders from different traditions to come together, learn, fellowship, and strengthen their shared commitment to the work of the Gospel are particularly significant. It was against this backdrop that the ISM Ministers and Leaders Conference in Zagreb brought together Christian leaders for a meaningful time of training, fellowship, and spiritual development.

Hosted by the esteemed Pastor Marinko Martinis, an ISM Cell Leader and Senior Pastor of Christ is International Ministry, the conference provided a platform for ministers and church leaders to engage with practical and spiritual principles relevant to their calling and ministry responsibilities. His leadership and hospitality contributed to creating an atmosphere where participants could connect across denominational backgrounds while focusing on their common commitment to serving God and His people.

The conference was designed to strengthen ministers and leaders through impactful training, enriching fellowship, and spiritual growth. Participants had the opportunity to receive ministry-focused teaching, gain fresh perspectives, and engage with fellow leaders who share similar experiences and responsibilities in Christian ministry. Beyond the formal sessions, the gathering created valuable opportunities for relationships to be established and strengthened, encouraging participants to return to their respective ministries with renewed vision and purpose.

A total of 127 ministers and church leaders attended the conference onsite in Zagreb. The reach of the gathering, however, extended well beyond the physical venue. Through six satellite centres, an additional 483 ministers and leaders connected to the conference remotely, enabling more Christian leaders to participate in the training and fellowship regardless of their physical location.

This brought the cumulative attendance to 610 ministers and church leaders, making the Zagreb gathering a significant part of this remarkable group of ISM conferences. The combination of onsite participation and satellite connectivity demonstrated the growing reach of the conference and the value of creating opportunities for leaders to participate through both physical and connected locations.

More than the numbers, the Zagreb conference represented a gathering of leaders with a shared desire to grow, serve, and make a greater impact in their communities. As ministers and church leaders from different Christian denominations came together, the conference provided an important expression of fellowship and collaboration within the wider Christian community in Croatia. It stands as another meaningful milestone in the continuing work of **ISM to equip ministers and leaders with knowledge, inspiration, and practical resources for effective ministry
